It provides a good alternative to other nutritional supplements sold as healthy beverages, because these nutritional bars can be ingested while working, driving or whatever activity one can’t stop doing at a given time. Other products sold by the company are Jiaogulan tea named Tea of Life, and RAM500, anti-aging tablets for the human cells made from various plant extracts. They also plan on expanding their line of products by offering skin care articles somewhere in the future. This gives the impression of a well built foundation for a good business, but let’s take a closer look at what the company has to offer their distributors.

Regeneration USA’s compensation plan is based on a binary system, with a 10% bonus for the lesser leg. There are 6 available levels, the highest being Diamond, and 6 different ways of payment. These can be monthly payments, like the Profit Sharing Commissions, weekly payments, like the Fast Start Bonuses, the Team Commissions, the Executive Matching Commissions, or the Builder Bonus Commissions, and daily payments such as the Retail Direct Profits. Their compensation plan is a simple one, and it only needs an experienced marketing entrepreneur in order to bear fruit. But what about the not so experienced people wanting to join Regeneration USA?

The company does not offer any kind of training whatsoever, so anyone who is new to this field has to look for it elsewhere. This is a pity, but otherwise usual within the MLM field. It often happens that a promising marketer gives up after spamming all his relatives and acquaintances. This leaves little or no room for doubting that Pearlcium International is properly run and taken care of. The only thing necessary for them in order to succeed would be an excellent product.

The product sold by Pearlcium International is a calcium powder extracted from pearls. This powder can be employed in a variety of different ways. For instance, it can be swallowed, used as make-up or teeth whitener, or it can be added to skin creams. As an advantage of the specific method of extracting the powder from pearls devised by Dr Rulin, absorption of the calcium in the human body is greatly facilitated. This would be an excellent incentive for buying the product, as calcium absorption by the human body is a commonly occurring issue. However, the product is still pending an approval from the FDA, so no one knows yet if these claims are supported by real properties of the Pearlcium powder, or just a clever marketing technique. All in all, the company appears to have an innovative and useful product, obviously created by a woman and intended for women, and the only thing still keeping it from daily use and purchase is FDA’s pending approval.

Pearlcium employs an interesting 3×9 matrix based compensation plan. Large bonuses are to be paid to successful clients, i.e. 6% for each level, and adding a 60% matching bonus to it. Sponsorship is also paid, as a direct consequence of the Unilevel structure. There is a fast start bonus as well, going up to 70% and down to the 4^th level. With carefully organized training, the company actually might have chances to be successful. But let’s see how Dr Rulin Xiu has taken care of this aspect:

The only thing close to training that one can find is a conference which Dr Rulin holds monthly, presenting company news and issues and talking about the Pearlcium powder. This is by far not enough for someone new to internet marketing, or even for someone experienced, as Pearlcium does not offer a typical product to which one can apply known and tested marketing strategies. As we see it, this can be a capital fault of the company, and if someone is naïve enough to rely on their training, he is more likely to fail.
