Javafit is the MLM offspring of a retail company, Javalution Coffee Company. This seems a good idea, as ever since it was discovered, a very large number of people drink this energetic beverage every day. As one would expect, the products marketed by Javafit are various Functional Gourmet Coffee, adapted to an extended array of needs. One can choose from five different types of coffee, such as Diet Plus coffee, with interesting fat burning properties, or Energy Extreme coffee, containing a blend of ingredients proven to have a beneficial effect on metabolism and exercise performance.

They sell two types of Multivitamin enriched coffee, Focus Plus and Immune Plus, each with the expected properties on staying focused and staying healthy, respectively. They also sell a Brewed Original Roast, a regular blend full flavor type of coffee. For the on-the-go individuals, which may amount to the best part of their target clients, Javafit offers an interesting alternative to brewing entire pots of coffee, and that is a single serve delivery system.

Furthermore, the company has also developed a line of ready to drink lattes in the form of the four enriched coffee types. As one could easily gather, the key element here is the ability to stay healthy through slightly altering a common habit such as coffee drinking, but without losing any of the pleasure or energy offered by it. All in all, the products look credible and appealing, but does the company offer a good compensation to their marketers?

The compensation plan employed by Javafit is a combination of a binary and a unilevel one, rewarding the entrepreneur with four different types of bonuses: the basic bonus for sales, a bonus for fast start, one for leadership and finally the binary bonus.

Every Javafit affiliate pays a fee once a year, and the company offers in exchange a back office and an online retail store. The commissions offered are structured on a three level system, each of them offering a specific bonus on top of the preceding levels.

Golden Moor is using a centuries old concept for their take on the multi-level-marketing business.  Since  ancient times people have been aware of the healing powers of various bogs and have been using it for health and fitness purposes.

After establishing the company Marc Saint-Onge purchased the extraction rights  for the next 25 years. An interesting story is that of how Marc Saint-Onge started his research on these health inducing bogs.  He allegedly used to mix the various mud types by using his washing machine.

Golden Moor’s management team consists of 17 other members besides its founder, each of them bringing unique and necessary skills to the company.  The latest two additions to the team are Charles Mui, Vice President of the Affiliate Program Division, and Scott Reese, VP for the Network Marketing Division.

Golden Moor has developed a wide array of products based on the benefits of the bog.  All products belong to the health and fitness category, and come in the shape of the expected mud wraps, mud baths and facials, body scrubs, hydra-moor creams, and other such items.

An interesting product marketed by them is Ion Detox Therapy, a specially designed tub for foot massage, allegedly having the capacity to remove toxins from the human body.  All their products are guaranteed to relieve the human body from pain, depression, various skin conditions, inflammations, injuries and other illnesses.

This leads us to believe that Golden Moor’s target market is a vast one, comprising of people of all ages and social classes.  If the sheer number of years since they started is not enough proof that Golden Moor is a reliable company, the fact that they dominate 80% of Canada’s spa market should suffice.  Moreover, they are distributing in 17 countries worldwide, among which include Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan.

Unfortunately, there are some things that counterbalance all the advantages mentioned so far.  There is little to find out on their compensation plan short of joining the company.  The only thing we can say for sure is that they use a binary matrix plan, and the joining fee can vary according to the purchased package.

Another elusive aspect is the training offered by the company.  It seems as the only training a new recruit will get is what his sponsor can provide. And this can prove to be a serious downside, affecting both personal distributors’ and the company’s profits.

All in all, Golden Moor is a lot like many other MLM companies out there. They make up for a great opportunity, and nothing more.  Everything, starting from joining, building a team, approaching clients and actually selling is the distributors’ responsibility.

Financial Destination International, or FDI for short, is the newest branch of Financial Destinations, aimed at no less than rocking the communications world with a multi level marketing approach. This is a brave and lofty attempt, as their target niche of the market is far from being easy to penetrate, let alone rock.

It is a common tendency among newly established MLM companies to exaggerate the benefits and properties of their products, so this fact can be overlooked if all the other aspects of FDI are satisfying.

As we have already stated, the specific market targeted by FDI is tough to enter and even tougher to survive. As an advantage, once inside the market the profits can skyrocket, as telecom is a multi trillion dollar business, and a need the world cannot do without.
