21TEN, A New Trend In Staying Healthy?

21TEN appears to be the best thing that happened to the multi level marketing world in quite a while. They almost seem not to be conscious of all the competition with which the market they are targeting is filled. They go about carelessly, focusing on their products’ advantages as a confident teenager on his way to college.

This overall casual attitude is also reflected by their choice of advertising, making use of fresh and trendy words, employing puns and a minimalistic graphic design. With a rather unorthodox approach they have the chance to step right in front of the already established companies, and practically steal their clients. But this would only be granted by a capable management team, well designed products, a rewarding compensation plan and able training. Let’s further analyze 21TEN and see if it has the required ingredients to become successful.

The company itself is young and has yet to be launched. Although it has been pre-launched at the beginning of 2010, the scheduled date for their launch is the 15th of May. Being the newest division of OxyFresh, it shares the latter’s headquarters in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. OxyFresh has been around for more than 20 years, activating in the health and wellness market sector.

The management team comprises of a long list of names, all with extensive backgrounds in the marketing field. Janine Avila, Vice President of Field Support, Carla Ballensky, Director of Distributor Services and Events, Melissa Gulbranson, marketing VP, Tom Lunneborg, Director of Production and Distribution and Steve Wood, Finance and Operations VP are all led by the company’s founder, Richard Brooke. Richard Brooke, the company CEO, is active in the multi level marketing field since 1977, became successful in direct marketing already before he was 30 years old.

21TEN only markets one product for the moment, and that is Life Shotz. On can gather from reading the product name that they promote a rebel attitude, but the only rebel thing about Life Shotz is the way it is marketed. Its purported benefits are numerous, ranging from anti aging, immune system building to mood enhancing and a low impact on the environment. Life Shotz comes in the shape of a powder, this choice being motivated by the eagerness to minimize the impact on the environment by requiring less fuel for the distribution. Life Shotz contains a host of berry and fruit extracts, xylitol, Stevia, Resveratrol, vitamins and minerals. Life Shotz comes in 10 piece boxes, and can be purchased by ordering one, four or eight boxes. Every Life Shotz box also includes personal development cards for downloading various podcasts.

All the benefits that Life Shotz allegedly provides make of this product a highly desirable one. There already is an established market for healthy products in the direct marketing world, and 21TEN has devised a perfectly fitting item for this market niche. All the clever marketing does not imply that they are only targeting young people, because anyone can benefit from the healthy properties of Life Shotz.

21TEN employs a unilevel compensation plan, altered to provide several bonuses. In order to join one has to pay an initial fee and then a smaller annual fee. In exchange for the initial fee one is granted the so called Distributor Kit, containing various materials on how to business building, personal development and also a subscription for Success Magazine.

One can advance in rank by maintaining a certain number of active distributors, and this suggests that they really are interested in their distributors’ team work. Depending on the number of personally sponsored distributors, one can become Sales Manager, Sales Director or Regional Sales Director, each rank providing a larger bonus.

21TEN has chosen a direct approach for their training, rather than providing the usual online training courses. This emphasizes their interest in personal contact between their distributors, and comes in useful for building strong teams. Already by giving the Distributor Kits they provide some materials, and it is the sponsor’s responsibility to further train the new marketers.

In conclusion, it is clear that the many years of experience granted by OxyFresh can only give birth to a successful company. 21TEN is a great opportunity for new and experienced marketers alike, but what would make the difference between the average entrepreneur and the top 3% which become really successful? The answer is information. By learning what a sponsor can teach means that one has to limit his knowledge down to a company average. Only by inquiring and looking for other sources of information one can have a shot at making it big.

If you want to join 21TEN now, but you are not sure of what marketing technique is more appropriate for this business, don’t waste any time. Check the provided link for specific knowledge on How To Tame 21TEN.

21TEN, A New Trend In Staying Healthy?

Wowgreen International is one of the first companies in the MLM sector to come up with 100% “green” products. They are entering a market sector with an already established demand, the market of cleaning products, but their environmentally friendly approach makes them unique.

This can prove to be a rather daring endeavor, as the costs for researching, developing and marketing such products are higher than the prices of doing the same things with usual non green products. But along with the risks there also comes an advantage, as society is becoming more and more aware of the changes in climate, and as a direct result the number of people concerned with preserving the environment is rapidly growing.

These people would agree to spend a little more than what they usually do for cleaning products if they would know that by doing it they also contribute to preserving the environment.

Consequently, with an idea presenting both advantages and disadvantages, Wowgreen International can become an excellent opportunity for business, or can end up unknown and fruitless, just as thousands of other MLM companies. It all depends on how they know to use their advantages and market their products.

Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, the company was launched in mid 2009. Their declared mission is to free the world of toxic chemicals, one household at a time. On top of researching environmentally friendly products, they also use recyclable packing and containers.

From a first glance at their website we can gather that they really did a professional job in marketing their idea, their webpage suggesting purity and concern for the environment.

The man behind all this is Allie T. Mallad, company Founder, Chairman and CEO. He came up with the idea of freeing the world of toxic chemicals. That is not his only merit, however, as he has earned recognition for being a very successful network marketing entrepreneur. He has become owner of ten national franchises over time, and holds an impressive 25 years of business experience.

He is not the only important character in the company’s management team. Jordan Zimmerman, holding the position of company President, is also Founder and Chairman of Zimmerman Advertising, ranked the 14th largest advertising agency in the country.

Owen Stern, Senior Executive Vice President of Operations has extensive experience with international ventures, and brings his global view to help Wowgreen become an internationally recognized company. And to complete the array of successful people guiding this company there is also John B Sartor, Vice President of Information Technology and Operations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of technology, marketing and leadership.

We have seen that the individuals in charge of Wowgreen are excellently qualified for their positions, and there is no doubt that they are able to turn this venture into a lucrative one. However, they also need good objects of activity.

Their products are designed for the purpose of household cleaning with added enzymes and very few surfactants. However, the novelty lies in the fact that they contain more than one enzyme, as opposed to other cleaning products which usually employ only one enzyme and a larger number of surfactants.

From what we can gather Wowgreen’s research has been put to good use, providing them with good products, but is there a market for these? As we have already stated, the target market for this company is made of environmentally concerned people, and the number of said people is growing at a high rate.

Adding to the product’s intrinsic qualities that make it desirable for the people is the idea behind all this. Wowgreen doesn’t simply sell cleaning products. They also market an idea of a cleaner planet, and this is far more appealing to the customer than a brand or a commercial ad.

With so many benefits and advantages, there had to be a rather down to earth aspect to this company, and that is their compensation plan. They employ a two legged structure with no depth limit, presenting a challenge in becoming lucrative fast from your lesser leg.

The comp plan offers a rather bleak perspective to the distributors, so they devised a number of bonuses to be added to the usual commissions, as an incentive. However, to be able to reap these bonuses their marketers have to be thoroughly educated on the subject of MLM techniques.

And they seem to do this very well, as their training comprises not only of the expected presentations and meetings, but also of training conferences held by recognized marketers. This aspect will be doing them a lot of good, as their distributors will all be well trained and able to build a strong team.

But how can a marketer be better than the others and earn even more money?

As with every aspect of business, the more and varied your sources and education are, the better chances you have to be successful. So even if Wowgreen offers good training, you don’t have to give up looking for other sources of information.

There is one which almost certainly will make the difference between the average marketer in the company and the top 3%. Just click the provided link and get ready to Explode Wowgreen.

Wowgreen International – A Green Way To Make Money

Damajòn – Understanding What Women Need

Damajòn offers a new perspective on multi-level-marketing and on understanding the needs of your clients at the same time. The vast majority of network marketing companies out there excel in one aspect of their business, but overlook others, so the result is disappointing, even if at first they suggest otherwise.

Moreover, when a company takes up the challenge of an extensive market it is difficult not to overlook anything and to work professionally. And when that company is attempting to fulfill the needs of women it all seems impossible.

It takes a woman to better understand the needs of women, and to be able to offer them exactly what they need, and Damajòn is living proof that it is possible.

The company is headquartered in Bend, Oregon. It is founded on the idea that all women deserve to earn an income while being able to spend time with their families, and at the same time stay healthy and fit.

The company’s founder, Daryll Johnson, is UK-born, but has settled in the United States. She came up with the idea after noticing that women face some of the same challenges when entering the workforce, regardless of where they are living.

As already stated, the company’s founder is Daryll M. Johnson, currently holding the position of CEO, and having over 20 years of experience. The management team also includes Jerry Johnson, co-founder and company President, and David Yee, having graduated as Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1976. The people behind this company are well qualified for their positions, and seem to be doing a great job together.

Damajòn markets a plethora of products, which can be included in one of the following three categories: Body, Spirit and Home. For their Body line of products Damajòn has developed various skincare products such as cleansers, moisturizers, toners, and also make-up products and tools.

All these products are sold under the main brand of FaceGenie® Systems. For their Spirit category they market a special Rooibos tea and various healthy drinks, such as Fruit Melanges, Refresh Mouth Rinse or Hawaiian Noni Juice.

Their Spirit section comprises of more varied items as well, such as inspirational message cards, diaries, notebooks, music and poem compact discs. The Home category is parent to decorative items like perfume candles, decorative tiles or border art.

Damajòn’s greatest advantage besides the idea lies in their market. By taking up a line of products as vast as theirs they have as well ensured that there is a request for their products. Provided that their products are quality ones, they have as much opportunity as that of at least three types of MLM companies out there put together.

This company’s compensation plan is a complex one, offering six different ways of earning commissions, and three rank categories. The basic retailer rank is called LifeStylist , and as you upgrade your rank to Senior LifeStylist, Director Team or President Team you are eligible for a promotion bonus on top of the other bonuses offered.

Besides the expected retail commission of 25%, Damajòn also offers a 5% bonus on wholesale sales of the individuals you personally sponsor, down to the sixth level. This compensation plan is a little difficult to understand, but as we can see it offers good commissions and bonuses to the distributors, so the final earnings only depend on the marketer’s ability and talent.

The training offered by Damajòn seems to be provided by third party websites. The whole idea of women working for the benefit and welfare of themselves is easy to understand, but that’s not going to suffice if you want to be part of the 3% that actually make money from joining and working with multi level marketing companies.

In order to accomplish that a thorough understanding of marketing techniques is required, and that seems to lack from Damajòn’s training. This is no surprise, as almost all network marketing companies only offer basic training for their distributors, if they care to offer it at all.

All in all, Damajòn is a promising company, with an established market and product demand, only needing well trained marketers in order for both of the parties to earn god money out of this business.

So, if you want to invest in Damajòn, but aren’t too sure about what marketing technique to use, click the provided link and you will have all the means required to Explode Damajòn.

Damajòn – Understanding What Women Need

Freeway to Success, as the name suggests, is a relatively young company, but with a very high aim. They plan on providing their clients with an open road to accomplishment, and they centered all their marketing efforts around this concept. Of course, a company with no regard for their distributors has little or no chance of becoming lucrative, and this concept should be essential to all MLM ventures out there. But by building their entire activity with this idea in mind, Freeway to Success may have overlooked other important aspects inherent to building a strong network marketing company.

They can be given credit for the interesting idea of turning an usual and non paid activity into a business, though. People share their experiences within the retail and restaurant field every day. Word of mouth can be a powerful means for advertising, and they have chosen to make it the key to their business. This fact can provide a clear shot at success, if they know how to play their cards right.

There is no founding date for the Decatur, Alabama based company on their website, suggesting that they don’t choose to emphasize it. As for their management team, only Doc Lett, the company’s founder and current CEO is mentioned.

We can gather from this that Doc Lett has sufficient experience to make Freeway to Success a one man company, and indeed he is credited with more than 15 years of entrepreneurship in the field of multi level marketing. As a consequence, all the other members of the company are considered members of the team, forming a strong and reliable community.

Freeway to Success requires a small fee in exchange for membership. After paying that, you will have full access to what basically counts as their products. These products comprise of various e-books, discounts, tips related to restaurants, pharmacies essential for obtaining what they have called ”financial freedom”.  Another one of their products consists of the intrinsic meetings in which the members share their knowledge and insight with the others, reflecting the already stated idea of turning word of mouth into a business per say.

All these products amount to invaluable information, and seem to really be worth the fee required to join Freeway to Success. And if there is even a possibility of turning it into a lucrative activity, it all starts to make sense. But let’s not forget that these people are your average network marketing entrepreneurs, and what you will gain from them is average knowledge on multi level marketing and not much else. So is it really worth the time and money spent?

The answer is yes, inasmuch as they can offer a rewarding compensation plan. Their comp plan is a basic five by five type of matrix. Consequently, you can recruit as much as five people, and be paid down to a maximum number of five levels. They offer one dollar in exchange for every referee, and the revenues are the same regardless of the position on the matrix.

But how exactly is it lucrative? This is allegedly acquired by telling others about own experiences such as dining or shopping in specific places. And with a large enough number of members this goal seems reachable enough.

You will need some kind of training, nevertheless. And there is no trace of it on their web page. This would prove superfluous, as they hold as much as four meetings a week. However, there is a downside to it as well. They don’t have guests at these meetings, and as a direct consequence the level of the information offered will be an average one.

One can be tempted to join in, as they require a small membership fee, but this can prove to be a waste of time if not carefully planned. It is obvious that their meetings will not provide enough information for someone aspiring to become lucrative in this business. This person will have to choose between risking a failure in this endeavor and actually having a chance to make some money by getting educated and informed on the basics of multi level marketing.

So, if you plan on joining Freeway to Success, or merely being informed and educated on correct network marketing techniques, there is a place where you can accomplish that. Click the provided link for a chance at Thriving With Freeway to Success

Freeway to Success – Can It Sound Any More Optimistic?

Juice Plus or Minus?

Juice Plus + is a rather unusual type of MLM company, as it is obviously in some kind of denial. They refuse to admit any connection to multi level marketing, while openly bearing every possible trait of said type of activity. Consequently, their clients and distributors are puzzled from the beginning, on top of the already existing novelty of this specific type of marketing, company, and product.

Leaving these issues aside, Juice Plus + fails to bring any new things to their niche in the market. They seem to be your average company dealing in healthy food supplements, and not much else. But what is a new network entrepreneur to do? Should he join in carelessly, or should he avoid this possible scam? In the next paragraphs we will analyze every aspect of this company, and provide you with impartial information concerning Juice Plus +.

Headquartered in Collierville, Tennessee, the company is active since 1993. It is a branch of National Safety Associates, a larger network marketing company established by Jay Martin back in the 70’s and dealing in domestic fire-protection equipment. Before finding out that the career of an entrepreneur suited him best, Jay Martin worked as a school teacher. He still holds the position of president and CEO within National Safety Associates. Any other hint to a possible management team is not present on their webpage.

The company’s main product is, as expected, Juice Plus. Juice Plus comes in the form of pills, and falls into the category of healthy food supplements. It is made of seventeen different types of fruits and botanicals.  These products are sold in two flavours: “Juice Plus Garden Blend “and “Juice Plus Orchard Blend”. Although one is inclined to think that Juice plus can compensate for the absence of fruits and vegetables in a person’s diet, they clearly state that this is not the case, and that it’s product is merely destined to complete a well balanced diet.

Next in line comes Juice Plus Chewables, another shape for the same thing as their first product, and that is jelly beans. Their product line is completed by “Juice Plus Vineyard Blend”, containing extracts from Concord grapes and some generic berries, and “Juice Plus Complete”, a whole food based beverage product with more or less the same effects as all the other products they market. What we could gather from reviewing the company’s products is that they have carefully researched their target market, and tried to come up with only a new shape for products that already are established and for which there is a rather large demand. This should indicate that they are not willing to risk much, and that they choose a market niche that has already been proven to be lucrative.

As we have already stated, Juice Plus denies any link to the MLM business, and consequently does not offer any compensation plan on their main website, as this would have been contrary to what they asserted. But on a related website, called Juice Plus Personal Franchise they hint at a vague concept of a flexible compensation plan. Being true to being contradictory, they also state that they will not provide their distributors with a back office, but a similar notion, called “Virtual Office” is offered instead.

Moreover, not wanting to be true to the usual MLM company trends, Juice Plus actually offers training for their distributors. And they seem to do it rather professionally, having acquired a domain and website specifically for this task. They offer support materials, professional advice and insight on how to take your first steps as a network marketer, and even hold training sessions.

With its advantages and disadvantages Juice Plus is just like any other MLM company, offering only an opportunity. The rest is up to the entrepreneur. If the entrepreneur is inquisitive, thorough and open to learning he might as well have a chance to be successful, and to make good money out of opportunities like this one.

If he relies on what the company will provide, he almost surely is destined to fail, and lose whatever money he has invested in the process. If you are interested in blossoming with Juice Plus just click the link and get informed on correct marketing strategies and techniques.
