Why should you buy home business leads? That might sound like a dumb question, what other way are you to build your business.

Most home business owners buy home business leads because they don’t know how to generate their own leads. You should not buy leads if you be success in your business because of the following reasons.

1.  Bought leads are often poor quality, consisting of people who are curious and not serious.

2. Buying home business leads is costly you and you will never get your money’s worth

3. Don’t expect to close any of the leads that you buy unless you are skilled at closing.

4.  The few of the purchased home business leads that you will recruit most likely they not stick around in your business very long when they realize that it takes work and dedication.  You will be back to where you started.

5.  Most of the people on those lists have no idea they requested on a form to be contacted.

6.  Most of those leads are deadbeats and tire kickers who should just stay at their jobs.

7.  Due to the constant rejection for the purchased leads you could set yourself for failure because you could develop a negative mindset.

8.  97% of network marketers go broke and quit,  that could be you if you buy home business leads.

How do you get leads for you business?

Generating leads by your own efforts. By generating your own leads you are contacting people who asked you to contact them.  When you collect those leads in to your autoresponder you can market other products to them and create an income even if they never join your business opportunity.  You are able to monetize all your leads not just the once that decide to sign up with you.

Don’t buy home business leads any more if you can get them for free or  even get them to pay you.  Your next step should be to go out and start generating your own leads that will be happy to hear from you when you call them. You can do that through paid advertising, however if you are broke like most network marketers you can generate free leads through various methods like social medial sites, content and article marketing, video marketing, list builders and so forth.

Network marketing companies has nothing to do with your busines...shockingNetwork marketing companies are important yes, but it has nothing to do with how successful your business is because it has nothing to do with your business.  Most network marketers will disagree on this point and they will profess that it has everything to do with the network marketing company, the product and the compensation plan.  They will most likely make the following arguments about how:

“My company has the best vitamins and mineral supplements you should see the results people are getting”

“My company has the best compensation plan, and the cheapest start up.”

“My network marketing company has the best product in the world.”

“My company is the best out there.”

The truth is none of that matters.  It only matters if the products has value to the end user, the costumer.  It has nothing to do with sponsoring into your network marketing company.

You may wonder…

If network marketing companies  have nothing to do with your business then what is your business?

Marketing is your business.  That’s right it’s the actual marketing that is your business.  Those who promote and market the best makes the most money. Consider this:  You may have the best product in the world in your possession but, if you don’t market it or don’t know how to market it no one will buy it and you won’t make any money.

The money is the result of your marketing.

Consider any traditional franchises out there like Wendy’s or McDonald’s, people that invest into these franchises don’t do it for the great food they do it because it’s a consistent system that produces money. A franchise is a system that consistently turns the product into money.

Therefore your business is actually a system that you market to distributors that retails the companies product.

You business is to teach your distributors leadership and marketing skills to help your new distributors become successful leaders.  If you run your business right your distributors will be able to effectively market the same system to other new distributors.
Yes what network marketing company you choose is important as are the products and compensation plans but if you do not have a marketing system to market your company effectively and that your new distributors can duplicate, you don‘t have a business.

Its been said over many times, people don’t join your network marketing company they join you.  This is why having a marketing system designed on marketing you , this is called branding, is so important.  You need to show your new and future distributors that despite the competition out there of different network marketing companies there really is no competition.

Its Not about The Network Marketing Companies, The Products Or The Great Compensation Plan

Stand Out Of The Network Marketing Noise!

Smiley Face Person Standing Out in CrowdI think we have all noticed how the competition is growing.  Every day there’s a new company launching that’s supposed to be the secret to getting rich.

The next best thing is always just around the corner.

Today distributors and customers alike, have instant access to endless supply of tools, systems, leaders training, opinions and sales pitches that constantly plant seeds of doubt in their minds.

All these things distract them with promises of better, faster, cheaper and easier ways of making money.

Every day I get e-mails and tweets on newer and better products that are launching. I get messages of promises to build my downline and make money in days.  I’m sure I’m not the only person, and lets face it its annoying but it comes with the territory.
Ask yourself this question:

What is going to happen when your downline is bombarded with these messages and they are not getting the results that they wanted with you?”

It’s probably obvious, they will be drawn to these promises of “the grass is greener on the other side”
Their attention is going to shift and you could lose your downline!

So you may be wondering how you can stand out from all this noise and keep the attention of your leads and your downline, but the answer is simple. You do this by promoting YOU and not your business.

The only way to separate yourself form all that noise is to stand up and promote yourself as a leader and person of value in a slew of network marketers who are promoting their business opportunities, you no longer have competition.

There is only one you in the world, you are unique and you are now selling something different.  You are selling yourself as a sponsor, a leader and as someone who has real value to offer your new distributors instead of just a business opportunity like everyone else.

You need to stand out of the crowd and start building relationships with your prospects so they come to know, like and trust you.

Network Marketing Can Be Scary

Lets face is network marketing can be very scary mostly because you are just an independent distributor that is getting paid on commissions for referring customers to the parent company.

You do not own any assets in the company and because you don’t own any assets in the company your don’t have any rights.

You are marketing using your company’s marketing pieces, and funneling leads into your company’s database.  You don’t own the product and your down line.  This means that your distributorship, your money, your down line and all your leads can be taken away for any reason.

This is a scary fact, that is if you are doing it wrong.

Let’s first clarify that there is no business/industry in the world that offers you such compensation plans, leverage, freedom and training as network marketing in such an inexpensive turn key manner.

Network marketing is the perfect vehicle to begin your entrepreneurial career .

The key to network marketing success is to find a way to build a real business where you own real assets, also known as your list, where you can still take advantage of your distributorship.

So how do you do this?

You create a distribution center that you own and control, your nerve center.  This has to be totally separate form your company.  You use your nerve center to generate your list that is completely separate form your company.

Then you start building relationships with the people on your lists by providing solutions to their problems.  Remember its about building relationships

I’m sure you heard the saying “the money is in the list” but it should actually say “the money is in the relationship with the people on your list.”

Your list is your distribution channel.  The relationship you create with your list is your business.   You market all your helpful products the people on your list.

By having ownership of your list and marketing multiple helpful products to your list you create a multiple stream of income that will eventually allow you to have the 50K or 60K months.

Attention Grabbing Marketing

Attention Grabbing Marketing, the wolf in sheeps clothingToday’s consumers have very little tolerance for websites, videos and information peaces that waist their time.     Network marketers are actually in the business of getting attention but a lot of marketers have a difficulty actually keeping that attention.

Getting attention, or traffic, is relatively easy. You can basically grab any once attention outrageous or tabloid-like headline, however it’s quite another story keeping that attention and then nurture it into a long-term relationship.

This ability to grab someones attention and keep it for days months and years is what separates the successful marketers in this industry from everybody else.  Network marketers need to learn how to how to keep their readers attention so that they can develop relationships and trust that could eventually turn in to profit.

Best way to keep your leads or customers attention is to immediately deliver what was promised in your ad, in true and authentic manner.

If you are successful in that you will earn their trust and…

1. They’ll continue to read your e-mails
2. They will pass them along to their friends.

If your try to be sneaky and hide ulterior motives, you will create distrust and never see that person or leads ever again.   What’s worse they will tell their friends that you suck and are a waist of time.

Some examples of misleading headlines Google or YouTube video are:

1.  “I hate company ABCD” – when you click on that video or ad you’re told “Nah, I love company ABCD and that is why

2. “Company ABC is a Scam!”  – When you click on the video or ad your either told that no its not or they try to push another company on you.

Someone looking for information about “ABC” because they were thinking of joining that company might not appreciate those types of headlines.

You could be getting a lot of visits and great click through rates but your conversions suffer.  Another thing that could suffer is your reputation that is something that should be golden to network marketers that want to build their business.

Think carefully before creating an ad or video and remember that you are supposed to be adding value and that the only way to become successful in marketing is if conduct yourself in an honest fashion because a lot of people out there are confused and nervous and they are searching for help and advice so make sure you deliver what you promised.

By the way slanderous headlines about other companies or people only hurt you and make you look untrustworthy and shady, especially if you are trying to recruit for your business.  So don’t do it!
