Javafit is the MLM offspring of a retail company, Javalution Coffee Company. This seems a good idea, as ever since it was discovered, a very large number of people drink this energetic beverage every day. Some of us do it in order to be able to get through the day, the caffeine providing a useful boost of energy very few can do without.

Others may manage to keep up with the daily energy requirements, but simply enjoy the unique flavor. Either way, coffee is undoubtedly a product with an established market and request, and a good start for a network marketing project.

But the already guaranteed market means that there are also providers to fulfill the demands, and that can be quite a bother for a new marketing company.This issue is tackled by Javafit from the start, as apart from the expected caffeine, their products contain a number of other useful ingredients for the human body.

The parent company, Javalution Coffee Company is active since 2003. While the actual date of launch for the MLM sub-company can’t be stated, their timeline is encouraging, as Javalution started to flourish as early as 2007. Recruiting Dave Briskie as CEO proved to be an excellent move, as they managed to acquire a 50% share in their coffee roaster.

He is also responsible for the purchase of an 85% stake in CLR Roasters. Scott Pumper, one of the company’s founders and the current President, came up with the idea back in 2003. His partner and the other founder is Jose Antonio, currently holding the position of Science Advocate.

He is also the formula developer for the Javafit fortifying nutrients. Having put together their extensive experience and personal qualities has proven to be an excellent initiative, but do they have what it takes to become successful?

As one would expect, the products marketed by Javafit are various Functional Gourmet Coffee, adapted to an extended array of needs. One can choose from five different types of coffee, such as Diet Plus coffee, with interesting fat burning properties, or Energy Extreme coffee, containing a blend of ingredients proven to have a beneficial effect on metabolism and exercise performance.

They sell two types of Multivitamin enriched coffee, Focus Plus and Immune Plus, each with the expected properties on staying focused and staying healthy, respectively. They also sell a Brewed Original Roast, a regular blend full flavor type of coffee. For the on-the-go individuals, which may amount to the best part of their target clients, Javafit offers an interesting alternative to brewing entire pots of coffee, and that is a single serve delivery system.

Furthermore, the company has also developed a line of ready to drink lattes in the form of the four enriched coffee types. As one could easily gather, the key element here is the ability to stay healthy through slightly altering a common habit such as coffee drinking, but without losing any of the pleasure or energy offered by it. All in all, the products look credible and appealing, but does the company offer a good compensation to their marketers?

The compensation plan employed by Javafit is a combination of a binary and a unilevel one, rewarding the entrepreneur with four different types of bonuses: the basic bonus for sales, a bonus for fast start, one for leadership and finally the binary bonus.

Every Javafit affiliate pays a fee once a year, and the company offers in exchange a back office and an online retail store. The commissions offered are structured on a three level system, each of them offering a specific bonus on top of the preceding levels.

Most certainly owing to the company’s background and the team’s experience, Javafit actually offers credible and useful training for every new marketer that wants to join them. This training consists of several training videos on how to start from the ground up and written instructions on the use of the back office. There is also an interview with Jose Antonio, the product developer, in which he explains how the product is supposed to work.

One can easily gather that Javafit has a promising concept, a good team and compensation plan, and more importantly offers training for the inexperienced entrepreneur. But is this enough for someone to start working with them and make money?

The answer is no, as basic knowledge is what everyone gets from their website, and to actually make a difference you have to have something the others don’t. Market research is essential to any Internet marketing you do.  The point of market research is to:

a) Find out what keywords your target market is searching.

b) Discover the pain or problem your target market is experiencing.

c) Create your content rich with the keywords your market is using and that offers a solution to the problem/pain your target market is experiencing.

d) Help search engines find you and rank your content and website highly so your sites show up on the first pages of Google, Yahoo, Bing when your target market searches using the popular and targeted keywords.

It does not matter if you are using pay per click advertising (ppc) or if you are using free marketing strategies like video marketing, blogging, article writing, press releases etc., keyword research is key.

There is a lot of information on the internet about how to market your internet business for success.  It sometimes seems that everyone is out there trying to get their hand on your money.  What’s worse there’s all these different ways of marketing on the internet if could make any ones head spin.

I know myself I tried pretty much every traffic generating method there is got results using all of them but never the results that I expected.  Then Mike Dillard revealed a secret to me that blew my mind.  Its so simple and made me see the error of my marketing.

These secrets were the 3 simple steps you need to follow to create that business success with internet marketing.  So here are the following simple 3 steps:

#1.  Choose ONE traffic/lead generation technique, learn it & perfect it.

Here is where I went wrong and most likely where a lot of internet marketers go wrong.  Don’t try to be the jack of all trades of internet marketing, at least not until you master at leas one lead generation method. If you try use every method out there you will get no where and eventually get really burned out.  I’m speaking from persona experience here.

Find a lead generation strategy that works for you personally and just work on mastering that method.  Once you master it you can move on and learn a new internet marketing strategy.

#2. Learn Copy.

Learning copy doesn’t mean learning how to copy and paste.  It means learning how to create ads that pull people in to being your leads, buying from you and joining your business opportunity.  This is a crucial skill for any type of marketing that you do.  It will help you write ppc ads, ezine ads, blog posts, videos that get you leads and sell.  This is a must have skill for offline and online marketing.

If you are on a budget I recommend you invest in the Copy Writer’s Guild from Mike Dillard. It will help you get started and create ads quickly.

If you have more money to invest I recommend anything by John Carlton. You can just Google his name.  Be sure to get his Simple Writing System.

#3. Build your list.

Concentrate on growing your list and building relationships with them.  Send them interesting and valuable content.  Perhaps some interesting information you found or blog post you wrote.  This list is you what’s really important because when you have some great product that will help,  or you want to share you business opportunity you can market to the people on your list.

Your odds of recruiting form your list or someone buying a product from you is much higher. These are people that already know you and like you and some of them most likely will buy from you more then once. You can use tools like Aweber to grow and manage your list.

Having your own privet list is crucial to any business online and offline!

These are the 3 steps of creating a successful business, once you figure out what lead generation methods you want to leads, start learning copy and grow your list all you have to do is…Rinse & Repeat.

Golden Moor is using a centuries old concept for their take on the multi-level-marketing business.  Since  ancient times people have been aware of the healing powers of various bogs and have been using it for health and fitness purposes.

At first they would travel to the places where the bogs happened to exist, over time some industrious guy came up with the idea of packing the mud and reselling it, thus eliminating some of the traveling costs and making the benefits of the mud more accessible worldwide.  No one knows who, but it can be safely assumed that he made a lot of money with this idea.

Nowadays lots of companies have chosen to market this special mud, some more successful than others.  Perhaps the factors of success can depend on the essential properties of the mud, the experience of the resellers, the advertising and marketing techniques used and so on.

Needless to say that the MLM approach can only be helpful to a company marketing such a product, because of the bond that is created between the reseller and the client.  And this statement is backed by the sheer number of companies dealing in spa products active and successful in the MLM world.

Golden Moor has been active since 1987, established by Marc Saint-Onge. The simple fact that this company has bee around for more than 23 years is an indicator for their reliability.  As well, its founder conducted a thorough research in order to establish the company, having analyzed 63 different bogs until he came to the conclusion that a specific bog found in Casselman (Ontario, Canada) should make for his future business object.

After establishing the company Marc Saint-Onge purchased the extraction rights  for the next 25 years. An interesting story is that of how Marc Saint-Onge started his research on these health inducing bogs.  He allegedly used to mix the various mud types by using his washing machine.

Golden Moor’s management team consists of 17 other members besides its founder, each of them bringing unique and necessary skills to the company.  The latest two additions to the team are Charles Mui, Vice President of the Affiliate Program Division, and Scott Reese, VP for the Network Marketing Division.

Golden Moor has developed a wide array of products based on the benefits of the bog.  All products belong to the health and fitness category, and come in the shape of the expected mud wraps, mud baths and facials, body scrubs, hydra-moor creams, and other such items.

An interesting product marketed by them is Ion Detox Therapy, a specially designed tub for foot massage, allegedly having the capacity to remove toxins from the human body.  All their products are guaranteed to relieve the human body from pain, depression, various skin conditions, inflammations, injuries and other illnesses.

This leads us to believe that Golden Moor’s target market is a vast one, comprising of people of all ages and social classes.  If the sheer number of years since they started is not enough proof that Golden Moor is a reliable company, the fact that they dominate 80% of Canada’s spa market should suffice.  Moreover, they are distributing in 17 countries worldwide, among which include Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan.

Unfortunately, there are some things that counterbalance all the advantages mentioned so far.  There is little to find out on their compensation plan short of joining the company.  The only thing we can say for sure is that they use a binary matrix plan, and the joining fee can vary according to the purchased package.

Another elusive aspect is the training offered by the company.  It seems as the only training a new recruit will get is what his sponsor can provide. And this can prove to be a serious downside, affecting both personal distributors’ and the company’s profits.

All in all, Golden Moor is a lot like many other MLM companies out there. They make up for a great opportunity, and nothing more.  Everything, starting from joining, building a team, approaching clients and actually selling is the distributors’ responsibility.

If the distributors are not properly educated on marketing techniques, the outcome is very easy to guess.  But what about all the people out there who still want to give Golden Moor a shot?
