This week I decided to change my hair style from what I was accustomed to for over a year in to something more fun and edgy.  I needed to make a fresh change.  Out with the old and in with the new.

This made me think of this past year where I used to be in my life to where I am now.  I decided to create a change for the better by entering into free enterprise and network marketing.

I also thought of where I was when I first started in free enterprise, being totally clueless, about marketing not knowing how to create leads and being a total spaz when prospecting my leads.  I’ve come to realize that because I made a conscious choice to change my situation I was on my way to success.

Instead of being miserable in a job and complaining about all the things that made unhappy I made a decision to go into network marketing and direct sales with a great company and change situation.

Instead of doing things that didn’t work for me in marketing my opportunity I made a decision after reading Magnetic Sponsoring to start learning and become someone with value to offer a leader that others would be drawn to.

I kept my eyes open for something that would aid me in creating that value and I found a marketing system, MLM LeadSystem Pro that thought me how to brand myself and create multiple streams of incomes without being totally dependent on people joining my enterprise.

In 9 months I went from a desperate and struggling marketer, going broke trying to advertise my business to creating multiple income streams and knowing how to powerfully market myself on social networks.

My point is that in order to create success you have to be willing to change and grow.  You have to identify what is working for you and what doesn’t.  You have to then find a way to improve on what is working and to fix what is not working.

If you truly desire financial freedom and success you have to do what is necessary, whether it is just to change your job mentality to a millionaire’s mentality or to invest in courses that will teach you how to market yourself or how to have posture on the phone.

Take the responsibility for your own success, get off your ass and make the necessary changes that will help you create that success in the long run.  Anything worth while takes effort on your part and trial and error. It’s how you learn and appreciate success when it comes.

As the saying goes, “If you keep doing what you were doing you’ll keep getting what you are getting.”

A success driven Mindset is key to your business success. If you haven’t realized it yet you probably should; Mindset is everything in life and you business!

If you have a “can’t” attitude or think that “this can’t work” well then you’ll probably right. Only those that think that they can will succeed IF they take the necessary steps. The mind is an amazing and powerful thing. The only person who can hinder your success is YOU, you are the your only limitation. Only you have the power to change your present situation and make the life you want.

Many mlm distributors are struggling nowadays with mlm success. They have a hard time with with not enough time in the day, how to advertise their business, are unclear about their goals or how to achieve equilibrium involving learning new skills and executing that knowledge in to action.  To produce success with mlm its crucial to explain the following 6 habits.

Habit #1: Set Your 2 Significant Goals:

Goal #1: What do you desire your mlm business to look like in the course of 90 days?

Think about how much a month you want to be making by the 90 days and how many people would have to sign up with you.

Goal #2: What do you want to accomplish in the next 5 years?

If it’s personal or business goals be sure to write down all of them and keep them somewhere you can see. This way you will always have a clear vision of where you are heading at a glance.

Habit #2:  3 Activities You Do Daily

These are high value activities that are critical to creating income in your business. These could involve calling leads, interviewing prospects and making follow-ups, writing blogs creating auto responder sales funnels ect..  These activities are crucial to mlm success.

Habit #3: Time Management

If you have a home based business it can challenging to manage your time  There is a tendency to get distracted with unimportant tasks.

You ought to schedule errands like checking e-mail and website stats, giving them no more then an hour per day. Create lists of all the things you have to do in a day and prioritize.

Every day do the things you detest doing first  thing in the morning 15 to 20 min this way it will become a part of your daily routine. Also by doing that you hate first thing in the morning you will not have chance for “something to come up” and your tasks will always get done.

Habit #4: Taking Aggressive Action

Be set to take vigorous action to achieve mlm success. It doesn’t mean spamming people on facebook or twitter but to take action before you have everything done perfectly. Apply things speedily that means put in to effect marketing strategies you are learning before you learn or understand everything. Understand that you will not achieve mlm business success if you keep on waiting to have everything to be perfect before you take action. If you act quickly on what you learn, you will know what marketing works for you and what doesn’t from your experience. Don’t get stuck getting ready to get ready!

Habit #5: Sharpening your Skills

This  means to be continually acquiring new marketing skills, personal growth, or anything else that helps you in becoming more valuable to others and will help you to create mlm success.Bear in mind the 80/20 rule. 20% of your time should be spend on learning new marketing strategies and skills. 80% of your time should be spent implementing what you have learned. This habit goes hand in hand with Habit 4.

Habit #6: Relaxation

Take time off from your work. Keep in mind to take time off do what  you enjoy, that might be walking the dogs, watching TV, playing with your kids, or traveling to exotic places. Make sure you take the time for yourself and recharge. This way you will not get burnt out and when you get back to work you will have new excitement and spark.

Some of you may or may not know that my main business is in the personal development.  As such I have to share with you one of the most important aspects in personal development, gratitude.  You will never attain the highest measures of your personal development and happiness if you are not grateful for all your blessings.  I want you to watch the video below and then take a walk and look around at all that surrounds you, at your environment and list all the things that you are grateful for.  For example for the house that you live in, because there are lots of people out there that do not have a roof over their heads and you do.  For the dishes that need to be washed because that means you have food in your belly, for the rain, for the forests for the nagging husband or wife, because you have someone that loves you and cares for you. For being stuck in traffic on your way to work, because you and all those other people have work to go to.

Try doing this gratitude exercise on your way to work, when you are walking the dogs, or exercising. Being grateful makes it easier for you to believe that you will be blessed in the future and that keeps you asking for even more blessings and that means that the Law of Attraction will kick in because you are sending those powerful vibrations.

Remember be grateful and always aim and take action to create even more things that you can be grateful for.  Gratitude makes it possible for you to believe and take action towards the things that you desire, whatever it has to do with having success in your business, making more money, or just having personal wealth and freedom in your life.
