Damajòn markets a plethora of products, which can be included in one of the following three categories: Body, Spirit and Home. For their Body line of products Damajòn has developed various skincare products such as cleansers, moisturizers, toners, and also make-up products and tools.
All these products are sold under the main brand of FaceGenie® Systems. For their Spirit category they market a special Rooibos tea and various healthy drinks, such as Fruit Melanges, Refresh Mouth Rinse or Hawaiian Noni Juice.
Their Spirit section comprises of more varied items as well, such as inspirational message cards, diaries, notebooks, music and poem compact discs. The Home category is parent to decorative items like perfume candles, decorative tiles or border art.
Damajòn’s greatest advantage besides the idea lies in their market. By taking up a line of products as vast as theirs they have as well ensured that there is a request for their products. Provided that their products are quality ones, they have as much opportunity as that of at least three types of MLM companies out there put together.
This company’s compensation plan is a complex one, offering six different ways of earning commissions, and three rank categories. The basic retailer rank is called LifeStylist , and as you upgrade your rank to Senior LifeStylist, Director Team or President Team you are eligible for a promotion bonus on top of the other bonuses offered.
Besides the expected retail commission of 25%, Damajòn also offers a 5% bonus on wholesale sales of the individuals you personally sponsor, down to the sixth level. This compensation plan is a little difficult to understand, but as we can see it offers good commissions and bonuses to the distributors, so the final earnings only depend on the marketer’s ability and talent.
The training offered by Damajòn seems to be provided by third party websites. The whole idea of women working for the benefit and welfare of themselves is easy to understand, but that’s not going to suffice if you want to be part of the 3% that actually make money from joining and working with multi level marketing companies.
In order to accomplish that a thorough understanding of marketing techniques is required, and that seems to lack from Damajòn’s training. This is no surprise, as almost all network marketing companies only offer basic training for their distributors, if they care to offer it at all.
All in all, Damajòn is a promising company, with an established market and product demand, only needing well trained marketers in order for both of the parties to earn god money out of this business.
