Same thing is true when it come to learning how to market on the internet, they are &quot;just to busy and don&#039;t have the time&quot;.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Marketing and prospecting on the phone is what makes you the money.</description>

		<description>What&#039;s really interesting, to me anyway, is that the massive majority of Realtors will tell you that they don&#039;t have any fears, yet they don&#039;t do the lead generation that they need to do. Sure, they&#039;ll hide behind postcards and advertising campaigns, but they can&#039;t handle the send-call-see method that is 100 x more effective. They cannot fathom calling 300, 400 people a day, asking them something as simple as &#039;Do you want to sell your house?&#039;. And yet, they wonder why their business is not doing so well. They are passively waiting for the phone to ring rather than going out and finding business.&lt;br&gt;In my real estate business, when I list someone&#039;s house, I&#039;m on the phone every day, calling thousands of people in the target move-up range, because, frankly, I think that&#039;s my job. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;People are full of misconceived fears, and, yes, when you hire a Realtor in the future, you should ask lots of questions about how they conduct their business. In fact, I&#039;d like to apply for the job as your Realtor :)</description>
