Javafit is the MLM offspring of a retail company, Javalution Coffee Company. This seems a good idea, as ever since it was discovered, a very large number of people drink this energetic beverage every day. Furthermore, the company has also developed a line of ready to drink lattes in the form of the four enriched coffee types. As one could easily gather, the key element here is the ability to stay healthy through slightly altering a common habit such as coffee drinking, but without losing any of the pleasure or energy offered by it. All in all, the products look credible and appealing, but does the company offer a good compensation to their marketers?

The compensation plan employed by Javafit is a combination of a binary and a unilevel one, rewarding the entrepreneur with four different types of bonuses: the basic bonus for sales, a bonus for fast start, one for leadership and finally the binary bonus.

Every Javafit affiliate pays a fee once a year, and the company offers in exchange a back office and an online retail store. The commissions offered are structured on a three level system, each of them offering a specific bonus on top of the preceding levels.

Most certainly owing to the company’s background and the team’s experience, Javafit actually offers credible and useful training for every new marketer that wants to join them. This training consists of several training videos on how to start from the ground up and written instructions on the use of the back office. There is also an interview with Jose Antonio, the product developer, in which he explains how the product is supposed to work.

One can easily gather that Javafit has a promising concept, a good team and compensation plan, and more importantly offers training for the inexperienced entrepreneur. But is this enough for someone to start working with them and make money?

The answer is no, as basic knowledge is what everyone gets from their website, and to actually make a difference you have to have something the others don’t.
